Made-to-order

Most VELCRO apparel is produced on demand. Production takes 5–9 business days, then ships. You will receive tracking by email when your order leaves the facility.

Domestic shipping

Standard US shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders $150+ before tax.

International shipping

International rates and duties are calculated at checkout where supported. You are the importer of record for duties/VAT.

Returns

Because items are made-to-order, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Notify us within 14 days of delivery at support@velcro.music with order ID and photos.

Drops & pre-orders

Limited drops list their expected ship window on the product page. All drop sales are final.
