Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, shipping address, order details) and limited information collected automatically (device type, browser, IP-derived region) to operate the site, process orders, fulfill drops, and deliver communications you opt into.

Push, email, and SMS notifications

You may opt in to release announcements, drop alerts, and tour updates via browser push, email, and/or SMS. Each channel is independent — opting into one does not opt you into the others. For SMS, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Frequency varies; expect up to 4 messages per month unless you opt into a higher-frequency campaign. How we use information

To fulfill orders, prevent fraud, send communications you opted into, provide customer service, and improve the experience. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Payments are processed by Square (or, during transition, Snipcart). Order email goes through Amazon SES. Marketing email and SMS may go through Amazon SES, Amazon SNS, or Twilio. Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its function.

Your rights
